Hidden Bosses can be used once they have been defeated. The conditions of the Bosses to appear are to fulfill two out of the following three conditions. If you play with a Capcom groove you will get Ultimate Rugal, and if you play with a SNK groove you will get Shin Akuma.

Defeat the Middle Boss (Geese or Bison/Vega).

To unlock Gate Rally Mode, you need to accumulate one win in Smack Attack Mode. If you’ve played, then you know this is not easy. The three uncontrolled opponents will always spawn on the upper ring around the level. This leaves them wide open for you to kill, but they’re ignored by the CPU controlled players. You should be able to rack up enough points to win by killing these sitting ducks.

If you have two players up front, the best two players to have are Henrik Larsson and Andriy Schevchenko. They are guaranteed to score every game, as long as you have a brilliant play maker like Zinedine Zidane.

As soon as you start a season, buy Cherno Samba who is 15 and plays for Millwall. If you play about 10 seasons he will become one of the best strikers. Also, Arjen Robben who is 17 from Groningen and Rafael Van Der Vaart who is 18 from Ajax are excellent prospects for the future.
