Restore health

Increase sword hardness

Pause the game, then hold R1 + R2 and press Right(7), Left, Down, Up, Square. The main player’s currently equipped sword will increase in hardness by one. Repeat as needed to reach the maximum hardness of five. Note: This cannot be done in versus mode.

Increase brightness

Hold R1 and rotate the Left Analog-stick several in either direction. Your character’s eye will begin to flash and will illuminate your surroundings at night. This can also be done during intermission sequences.

Use the liquid soap, and it will slip right over.

Guessing a fish’s weight

Watch as you are reeling in a fish. If it does not take long to reel it in, and it comes in very easy without any line tension, it will be a small one. If the tension bar remains at yellow for a long period of time it will be an average size fish. For a huge fish, if the tension bar goes red do not reel it in immediately. Make circular motions with the Analog-stick and the fish will tire as you reel it in.
