I’ve been playing Age of Conan Hyborian Adventures since it’s first release in Europe, well to be completely accurate two days after AoC was released 23rd of May and it rocks.

This is not the only massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG) I’ve played, been playing The World of Warcraft online game for about two years (just before the Burning Crusade release) and also dabbled in Entropia Universe (which I hated) and Runescape (which is free, but not as enticing as WOW and now AoC).

Update: I’ve also played the beta release of Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning and have preordered the full release game (I might make this my main MMO game).

Alter Settings

In gameplay when you are in a truck: Press q, i , f12 at the same time, then press the ~ key. This will bring up a console in the lower left of the screen with a heading like this: 4×4> Press enter after each command is put in; the commands are as follows:

Easy Kill

To get an easy kill just sit there until your hunter friend says something like “did you hear something in the bushes” then wait 5 minutes and a little cross thing should come up and you should be able to shoot the animal you are hunting.

Animal Calls

Use the same animal call three times back to back and the animal you called will appear somewhere in the hunting area.

Targeting Aid

During gameplay, hold control and alth and then tap B for boxes. The boxes outline everything, and highlight the correct places to shoot and animal while aiming. Red boxes means kill zone, green for probable kill, yellow for possible kill.

More tags

Click on the “Buy Tags” option at the lodge and type coyote or giraffe to hunt the corresponding animal.

Need more money? Want to skip a certain mission? Then here you go!

In order to enable the cheats you must right click on a Well, then press ALT K. Now, to achieve instant victory, hit ALT V. To give yourself more money, hit ALT C (this will only work if you have less than 5,000 DN).

Don’t Pay

While building street, plaza, gardens, etc., put where you want to end building close to the right build buttons. Hold down the mouse while you are building a street, etc. and drag the mouse off the screen onto one of the build buttons. Your money stays the same. You must build one thing for real before you use the north, south, east, west buttons or it will become disfigured. Works great on streets, plazas, gardens, but not houses.
