Do a pump fake. When the CPU player jumps, drive the ball in for a basket. You can also drive to the basket and pass it out for a well lined up 3 pointer. The CPU players should all scramble to the paint.
Select arcade mode and choose a team. When playing, get close to the basket, not under but slightly off to the side or front. Press A + Analog-stick Up. If done correctly, you should go around any defenders and make an awesome slam dunk.

For the first set of characters to be available, you have to beat Story Mode. To get the second set of characters, you need to get first place in Time Attack and unlock all the characters from the first set. To get the third set you need to place first in Survival and, unlock all the characters from the second set. Select your character with Y instead of A to get alternate costumes.
After you unlock Rock Lee, complete the game twice with every character for the 1 player mode. After this is completed, a message will tell you to press the Z or X button on the character select screen over Naruto to get Kyuubi Naruto. You will hear a roar confirmation.
Complete the story mode without continuing, up to the fight with Zaibuzan. After you defeat Zaibuzan, Rock Lee will challenge you. Defeat him and you will be able to select him for all modes.

To get a perfect team that is first in everything create players for all positions and put them as power players. Then put them on the same team. At the team select screen you will be first in everything.
Win a super bowl with any team and after the credits you will see a random commercial.
When about to score a touchdown hold the triangle button down and the guy with the ball will celebrate or do a dance.

When earning credits, you can buy secret teams, stadiums, and game modes. You can only get the credits by participating in ‘Exhibition’ and ‘Tournament’ modes. Then on the Franchise and Season modes, you can earn money to buy, improve, or trade your players for better players.

Create a player using one of the following names of members of the band Alien Ant Farm: Terence Corso, Mike Cosgrove, Dryden Mitchell, or Tye Zamora. The game will adjust the players face and statistics automatically to match that band member. Create a player using one of the following names of members of the band Gob: Theo Gobzinakis, Gob Stomper, Tom Whacker, Pat Wolfman, or Craig Would. The game will adjust the players face and statistics automatically to match that band member. In the Gamecube version, entering Gabe Metal (another band member) will cause the game to freeze. Look at the credits screen in the game and choose any name from the EA development team. Enter that name at the create player option. The game will tell you that it has this player in its database, and automatically adjusts the stats and appearance accordingly.
