Chao Puzzle

It does not matter if a Chao file is available. Insert the VMS into socket one of a controller. Plug the controller into port D. Then a Chao Puzzle will appear on the VMS screen after selecting a file.

Level skip

Obtain a Chao from Sonic Adventure. You will be asked for the next area when your Chao reaches the end of the current level. Select the desired location, then immediately press Mode. Then, press Mode(2) to return to the Chao Adventure screen. Allow the Chao to start walking and it will allow you to select the next area. This may be repeated as needed.

Bonus stages

Complete all fighter missions and tactical challenges to get free flight in missions 20 and 21.

Recieve a T-3 super recipro

Score over 100 kills and you get the T-3 super recipro fighter.

Score points

Pay close attention to the debriefing after each mission. The game will only check your plane’s status at certain times during the mission. If you are in the correct position during those times, you will score points, even if you were out of position a second before that.

Don’t crash

On missions in which you have to keep pace with your leader plane, using the technique of throttling hard, then immediately braking, then repeating can be helpful if don’t want crash into the leader or lose pace.

Diffent views

Different views work differently for different kinds of tricks. Experiment during the tricks to see which one works best.

After finishing a race in Championship mode, save your game in case a you get to try for the jackpot. If you don’t win it on the first try, simply reload your game in the options menu and keep trying until you win.

Quick start

This trick assumes the game is under the default controller setting. When “Go” appears during the pre-race countdown, press R + A. If done correctly, your truck will get a faster start and a four-second boost.
