NEW YORK – RAPP, a global buy-side technology company that is part of Omnicom’s DAS Group, has named Alexei Orlov as CEO. Orlov will assume his role as CEO in July and report directly to Dale A. Adams, president and CEO of DAS Group.
RAPP, a global buy-side company that is part of Omnicom’s DAS Group, today appointed Alexei Orlov as its new COO.
Mr. Alexei Orlov joins RAPP from the Volkswagen Group, where he was director of advertising for China and ASEAN, the company’s largest region. Prior to that, he was a senior associate at The Partnership, where he supported FCB’s European project and key clients such as BATplc and Future Capital Companions. Prior to that, he held a number of senior positions at Wunderman Worldwide, a subsidiary of WPP, where he was appointed Vice President in 2005.
His experience spans a wide range of industries, including automotive, FMCG, retail and B2B.

Orlov succeeds Bob Horvath, who served as CEO for the past eight years and led RAPP through a number of significant changes, including the move to digital and other new media channels. He will continue in his role as global president of RAPP.
